VIP Guest Relations Supervisor (Saudi National Only)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled VIP Guest Relations Supervisor to lead the VIP experience at a luxury exclusive sports club in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing service standards, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of high‑profile members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the VIP guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Supervise, train and develop the VIP guest relations team.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance VIP member satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP members, handling queries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless service for VIP guests.
• Organise and oversee exclusive events and experiences for VIP members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy.
