About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email, and live‑chat channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accurate information.
• Provide product, service, and policy details in a clear, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot basic technical or service‑related problems and guide customers to solutions.
• Handle complaints patiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems and follow up on open cases.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal abilities, and calm under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.
