Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email, and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide them through solutions.
• Handle complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and keep documentation up to date.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets, and participate in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities; additional languages are a plus.
