Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our global support team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. This fully remote position allows you to assist customers across phone, email and live‑chat, delivering professional and empathetic service while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing accurate information on products, services and policies.
• Assist with basic technical or service‑related issues, guiding customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and service requests, maintaining up‑to‑date records in CRM systems.
• Handle complaints patiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets, and participate in training and team meetings.
• Share feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience (preferred).
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.

• Experience with CRM systems.
