About the role
Marriott International invites recent university graduates to join the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program, a full‑time, paid 12‑18 month journey that combines hands‑on hotel operations with leadership training across multiple disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization.
- Gain exposure to managing projects and people, improving processes, and pitching new initiatives.
- Participate in mini‑rotations across hotel functions and take on special projects that apply your training.
Required profile
- Graduated within the last 2 years (or expected graduation within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Associate’s degree (Culinary).
- Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, relationship‑building and self‑management abilities.
- Desire for personal and professional growth and right to work in Saudi Arabia.
