About the role

Marriott International invites recent university graduates to join the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program, a full‑time, paid 12‑18 month journey that combines hands‑on hotel operations with leadership training across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization.
Gain exposure to managing projects and people, improving processes, and pitching new initiatives.
Participate in mini‑rotations across hotel functions and take on special projects that apply your training.

Required profile

Graduated within the last 2 years (or expected graduation within 12 months) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Associate’s degree (Culinary).
Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, relationship‑building and self‑management abilities.
Desire for personal and professional growth and right to work in Saudi Arabia.
