Waiter (Guest Service Expert)

About the role

Join the Guest Service team at Le Méridien in Riyadh, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Waiter, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well‑served from the moment they sit down.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle waste disposal.
• Manage menu information, verify items, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
• Adhere to safety, uniform, and professional appearance standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills listed; strong customer‑service orientation and ability to follow procedures are essential.
