Waitress – Female Only

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional waitress to join our team at PATTIS. This position is open to female candidates only and focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus with daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, monitor tables, and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Set up dining areas, maintain cleanliness, and follow opening, closing, and shift procedures.
• Present and process guest bills, manage cash, card, and electronic payments.
• Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations and report any safety concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams, support colleagues during busy periods, and represent the PATTIS brand positively.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or similar hospitality settings.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, customer service principles, and basic food safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
