Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring that incoming inventory is received, processed and stored accurately while orders are prepared and shipped on time. This role contributes to maintaining a safe, organized environment that meets customer expectations and business timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, count and stock physical inventory, opening boxes, crates and containers.
• Inspect items for damage or faults and adjust inventory records accordingly.
• Pick items according to order forms and pack them following specified guidelines.
• Enter shipments into the inventory system, adding tracking numbers and links.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by sweeping, vacuuming and keeping shelves orderly.
• Order new supplies and packaging materials in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure all movements are recorded in the inventory management system.
• Collaborate with team members and follow internal delivery processes.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase productivity.
