Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that productivity targets are met while maintaining safety standards and the integrity of inventory. This role combines hands‑on management of stock flow with the administration of automated storage and retrieval systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve productivity goals, managing ERP and automated storage/retrieval systems.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and secure the building and stock.
• Design layout, space management, and maintain SOPs, 5S, and organizational charts.
• Control stock receipt, storage, retrieval, loading, and timely delivery, including accurate documentation and data entry.
• Plan warehouse resources and activities in line with company objectives and set targets.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related warehouse or logistics role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using automated storage and retrieval systems.
