Warehousing Manager

About the role

The Warehousing Manager will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of inbound and outbound activities while meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control inbound, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, value‑added services and outbound operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Provide performance, capacity, safety, cost and risk reporting to management.
• Manage labor, space, equipment, shifts, productivity, capacity and subcontracted services.
• Oversee vendors for equipment, maintenance, manpower, security and facility services.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, quality, food or product handling and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor customer SLAs, operational KPIs, claims, damages and service exceptions, implementing corrective actions.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse supervisors and teams, maintaining workforce discipline and continuity.
• Improve warehouse layout, slotting, labor standards, process flows and material handling methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehousing or distribution operations.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
