Warranty Manager – Automotive

About the role

The Warranty Manager will lead day‑to‑day warranty and goodwill operations for Nissan and Infiniti in Saudi Arabia and other markets. You will ensure compliance with warranty policies, control costs, and support dealers and manufacturing plants on warranty‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, analyse and validate technical and commercial warranty pre‑authorisation (WPA) requests and dealer claims in Salesforce before forwarding to the Global Warranty System (GWS).
• Validate goodwill requests, support dealer and plant queries, and assist the regional customer communication centre with escalated issues.
• Track and analyse claim patterns, cost metrics (cost/VIN, cost/claim, cost per repaired unit) and high‑frequency failed parts.
• Conduct internal Nissan audits, support external auditors, and continuously improve warranty controls.
• Identify opportunities for field repair, manage parts scrapping processes, and prepare purchase orders and invoices for timely payments.
• Develop dealer training on warranty policies, benchmark warranty rates in the KSA market, and recommend warranty extensions or campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in warranty and technical activities, preferably with workshop exposure.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of automotive technology and complete warranty processes.
• Ability to analyse technical issues for warranty and goodwill decisions.
• Familiarity with dealership workshop processes and cost‑control practices.
• Attention to detail, collaborative mindset and negotiation skills.
