About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Washing Attendant to join the laundry team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for processing guest laundry and hotel linen promptly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
- Sort house linen and guest laundry by colour and fabric.
- Select appropriate washing programs for different garments.
- Use washing products correctly and maintain machines and chemicals.
- Handle all garments with care and apply proper washing techniques.
- Attend departmental trainings and meetings.
- Assist and train fellow laundry staff to improve multitasking abilities.
Required profile
- Degree or vocational training in laundry operations.
- Previous experience in a high‑volume laundry environment (at least 1 month).
- Good command of English.
- Positive, friendly attitude and strong customer focus.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and pay attention to detail.
