Wholesale Specialist – Distributor Account Management

About the role

The Wholesale Specialist will be responsible for driving sales through our network of distributors, ensuring their accounts are managed efficiently from order to payment. This role acts as the primary liaison between alfanar Electric and its distributors, safeguarding their interests while meeting the company’s strategic sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the targeted sales plan for each assigned distributor.
• Manage the full distributor lifecycle, including sales processing, delivery coordination, collection, and credit management.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and internal controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Gather distributor feedback, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Resolve distributor issues promptly and communicate their requirements to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably within the electrical or industrial sector.
• Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
