Workforce Specialist

About the role

The Workforce Specialist supports the HR function by ensuring smooth onboarding, managing employee relations, and overseeing contract renewals and benefits. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations while delivering timely HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver induction sessions and training on company procedures and relevant government regulations.
• Handle employee grievances and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved within defined timelines.
• Monitor and achieve a target of 90% contract renewal rate for employees.
• Manage employee benefits, end‑of‑service settlements, and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate contract status records and update contract actions in the ERP system.
• Produce weekly Muqeem reports comparing active employees to management expectations.
• Coordinate employee deployment, camp returns, and client‑related movements.
• Oversee salary administration for IDLB employees and related payroll activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and company HR policies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
