About the role
Pillarum Global Investment is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Secretary to support its office in Riyadh. The role combines clerical duties, executive administrative assistance, and company secretarial coordination while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily clerical tasks, including document preparation, record‑keeping, and filing.
- Provide executive administrative support such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate company secretarial activities and ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Handle customer service inquiries, correspondence, and client communications.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain efficient office operations and support fast‑paced workflows.
Required profile
- Proven proficiency in clerical and secretarial tasks.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
