Aftersales Manager – Global Service Strategy

About the role

The Aftersales Manager will lead Haier’s service strategy across international markets, ensuring the implementation of global service standards. This role focuses on optimizing service systems, enhancing customer experience, and reducing costs while supporting long‑term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute overseas after‑sales service strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of national service systems, monitoring adherence to global standards.
• Manage service model transformation projects, integrating resources and delivering milestones.
• Collaborate with regional quality platforms to feed service feedback into product improvement cycles.
• Establish and maintain an effective spare‑parts management system, optimizing inventory and logistics.
• Design and roll out technical training programs for local service teams.
• Drive digitalisation of service operations, implementing platforms and leveraging data analytics.
• Oversee call‑center and multi‑channel customer support, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in after‑sales service, operations or service management, preferably in the appliance or manufacturing sector.
• Proven leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience in international or multi‑market environments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
