Architect – Exterior Facades & Finishes

About the role

Ramz Kayan is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and execution of exterior facades and building finishes for luxury, hospitality and commercial projects. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality façade solutions while ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and supervise exterior façade and finishing works across various projects.
• Review and interpret architectural blueprints and shop drawings to ensure design intent.
• Prepare detailed quantity surveys and cost estimates for façade materials.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to streamline procurement and installation.
• Conduct on‑site supervision to monitor execution, enforce quality standards and maintain schedule adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in exterior façade and building finishing projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems such as stone, porcelain, aluminum, glass and aluminum composite panels (ACP).
• Ability to analyse and verify architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands‑on site supervision experience to ensure quality and timeline compliance.
