About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Architectural Site Inspector to join its team on a unique hospitality project in the Kingdom. The role ensures that all architectural works on‑site conform to contract documents, procedures manuals, and applicable codes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and verify that contractors follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress, design intent, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographs, maintain accurate records, and attend construction meetings to update stakeholders.
• Implement quality‑control measures, assess risks, propose mitigation strategies, and conduct final punch‑list reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in architectural design, construction, or inspection.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building‑code requirements.
