Assistant Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis will lead Almosafer’s financial planning function and drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles. This position is pivotal in transforming FP&A into a strategic hub that supports the company’s IPO readiness, delivering a five‑year business plan and investor‑ready financial models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the three‑phase budgeting process (Preparation, Top‑Down, Deep‑Dive) and ensure execution.
• Build and maintain a centralized, dynamic three‑statement model that is fully driver‑based and integrated with the business plan.
• Manage quarterly rolling forecasts, establishing governance, timelines and templates for Finance Business Partners.
• Maintain a comprehensive, assumption‑driven 5‑year IPO‑ready model and support due‑diligence with accurate financial data.
• Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis, identifying root causes of performance shifts.
• Design a Monthly Performance Intelligence Package that combines P&L, cash‑flow and balance‑sheet insights.
• Develop and maintain a single source of truth financial dataset for corporate reporting.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation of budgeting templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to build driver‑based financial models and scenario analyses.
• Experience supporting IPO preparation and due‑diligence activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into executive decision support.
