Associate Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Management

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team on high‑profile projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for commercial and contractual management from tender through post‑contract stages, ensuring financial control and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract commercial aspects during tender, procurement and post‑contract phases.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, contractors and sub‑contractors.
• Review invoices and contracts for accuracy before issue.
• Prepare cost reports and maintain project financial control systems.
• Apply large‑company governance procedures and fiduciary standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Chartered QS status (MRICS or MCIOB).
• Minimum 15 years of post‑qualification experience, including at least 10 years in a consultant or client role.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts and Middle‑East construction markets.
• Strong written English and negotiation skills.
