BI Dashboard Developer – MicroStrategy (Investment Banking)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled BI Dashboard Developer with strong expertise in MicroStrategy to support our Investment Banking and Capital Markets operations. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards and reports.
• Provide production support for BI applications.
• Manage MicroStrategy upgrades and change implementations.
• Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 support and coordinate with Level 3 teams.
• Build and maintain interactive, user‑friendly dashboards.
• Manage data feeds, validation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Apply strong data management practices in BI environments.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with MicroStrategy.
• Understanding of BI support and data workflows.
