About the role

We are seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the mobile games market across Saudi Arabia and beyond. You will shape partnerships with game studios and publishers, guiding them through the full sales cycle and showcasing the value of our mobile distribution services.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end business development activities, from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiations and contract signing.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships that expand our market presence.
  • Maintain and optimise a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and accurate conversion tracking.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating value propositions, ROI, and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align partner needs with internal roadmaps.
  • Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
  • Gather market insights and partner feedback to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.

Required profile

  • 3‑4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in mobile gaming, app technology, or digital products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building qualified pipelines.
  • Experience generating cold leads and engaging senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong autonomy, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast‑evolving environment.
  • Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Monday.com.
  • Understanding of mobile gaming ecosystem concepts: free‑to‑play (F2P) models, SDKs, APIs, and digital distribution.
