About the role
The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will engage customers, meet sales targets and support daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Represent Coach according to the Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social‑selling platforms, including short‑form video.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom – cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online pickups.
- Support inventory cycles – receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally).
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- POS operation and mobile POS devices.
- Basic computer proficiency with iPad or laptop.
- Walkie‑talkie usage.
- Social‑media savvy, including live‑stream shopping and short‑form video.
- Clienteling and data acquisition tools.
