Cabin Crew – Join Our Team in Dammam

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to represent our airline in Dammam. As the face of the airline, you will ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for every passenger throughout the flight cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the airline’s ambassador, promoting a positive corporate image and customer loyalty.
• Attend pre‑flight briefings, understand flight details, and coordinate with the cabin supervisor.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures and respond to emergencies, including administering first aid when needed.
• Provide attentive customer service, assist with boarding, and address passenger requests and special needs.
• Promote onboard sales, charity programs, and handle cash or credit‑card transactions securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, and cabin cleanliness; report any deficiencies.
• Ensure orderly handover of the cabin to catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
• Complete post‑flight briefings and assessment reports in line with airline SOPs.

Required profile

• Proper grooming, physical fitness, and legal eligibility to work as cabin crew.
• Ability to attend briefings, follow SOPs, and work collaboratively with flight crew.
• Strong awareness of safety and security risks with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to handle stressful situations.
