About the role

Join our dynamic airline team as a Cabin Crew member based in Bahrain, serving flights to our Dammam hub. You will act as the airline’s ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, understand flight details, and coordinate with crew.
• Provide safety demonstrations, monitor cabin safety, and administer first aid when needed.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and handle special requests.
• Promote onboard sales, charity programs, and manage cash/credit transactions securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, and cabin cleanliness; report any deficiencies.
• Collaborate with cabin supervisors, catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams for smooth handovers.
• Complete post‑flight briefings and assessment reports.

Required profile

• Proper grooming, fitness, and legal eligibility for flight duties.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow briefings and SOPs.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Capability to handle stressful situations and provide compassionate assistance.
