Certified Safety Trainer (Travel & Tourism)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Safety Trainer to develop, deliver and maintain safety training programs for all staff at Elohim Travel and Tour in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s commitment to safe, reliable travel experiences by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and deliver safety briefings, workshops and emergency drills for travel operations.
• Assess training needs and create engaging training materials.
• Monitor daily safety practices and document training activities.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support to employees on occupational health and safety matters.
• Collaborate with management to improve risk mitigation and safety culture.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of health and safety principles and practical experience in safety program implementation.
• Recognised safety certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience delivering safety training, preferably in travel, tourism or service sectors.
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management or related field is highly beneficial.
