Security Supervisor – Luxury Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the security team at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, ensuring safety and protection for guests, staff and assets across the ultra‑luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security team during shifts, ensuring proper deployment, punctuality, grooming and equipment readiness.
• Oversee daily security operations across all posts including control room, lobby, loading bay, back‑of‑house, guest floors and outdoor areas.
• Manage access control for staff, contractors, visitors and vehicles, supporting visitor management system and delivery procedures.
• Conduct roving safety and security patrols, identify fire hazards, unsafe acts or suspicious behaviour and take corrective action.
• Operate the security control room, monitor CCTV, alarms, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems and report faults immediately.
• Respond to emergencies such as security incidents, medical, fire, duress, lost child or crowd control, providing first aid/CPR/AED when required.
• Coach security officers on standards, report writing and emergency procedures while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; security, hospitality or safety diploma preferred.
• 2‑3 years hotel security experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury resort or pre‑opening environment.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi security licence and first‑aid/CPR/AED certification.
