Chief Executive Officer – Global Saudi Operating Group

About the role

The organization, a large‑scale global Saudi operating group, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to drive the next phase of operational scale, execution maturity, and commercial performance across its nationally distributed business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑site operations and ensure high customer delivery performance.
• Lead commercial growth initiatives and manage operating economics.
• Align workforce and leadership across a distributed organization.
• Drive ongoing transformation and operational‑modernisation projects.
• Engage with the board and executive governance structures.
• Develop strategic partnerships and ensure long‑term operating scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of experience in large‑scale operating environments.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, Country Head, or business‑unit head.
• Proven P&L accountability in operationally intensive organisations.
• Experience managing extensive workforces and distributed operational models.
• Executive presence when interacting with boards, shareholders, or governance bodies.
• Preferable experience operating in Saudi Arabia, GCC, Africa, or globally.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is desirable.
