About the role
The Business Operations Specialist supports the Country Management Office in Riyadh, ensuring that CTRD Arabia operates legally, efficiently and profitably. The role spans Business Continuity & Resilience, Occupational Health & Safety and Procurement, reporting to the Group Operations Manager and CMO business manager.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Business Continuity Management System and conduct Business Impact Analyses.
- Identify critical functions, assess risks, and address resilience gaps across people, assets, operations and supply chains.
- Develop, test, and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Support incident and crisis management, including escalation frameworks and recovery activities.
- Capture lessons learned and drive post‑incident improvements.
- Conduct regular testing, scenario exercises and promote continuity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, maintaining auditable documentation.
