Clinical Sales Specialist - Cardiovascular (Electrophysiology)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist for its Cardiovascular team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role supports electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment used in EP labs, working with physicians, EP lab staff and hospital partners to meet and exceed business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO system and associated software and RF generators).
• Educate customers on electrophysiology products and run in-service training.
• Use consultative selling to identify sales opportunities and create awareness of electrophysiology solutions, helping the Territory Sales Manager reach key decision makers.
• Maximise customer case support through planning and scheduling, and keep open lines of communication with the local team, support teams and internal and external partners.
• Develop and share best practices with KSA field sales and service colleagues, and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinicians and hospital administrators.
• Stay current on product IFUs, best practices, troubleshooting and new product information, and mentor new commercial team members.
• Respond daily to customer requests by email and voicemail, perform administrative tasks such as account documentation and expense reporting, and escalate business issues to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or CVT.
• 3-5 years of experience in cardiovascular electrophysiology or CRM.
• Experience in direct patient support in a cath lab and availability for emergent patient care.
• Ability to travel more than 80% within the region.
• Proficiency in English.
