Sales Representative – Corporate & Government Accounts

About the role

Etihad Airways is expanding in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager to own a portfolio of corporate, TMC, trade and government accounts and grow the airline's revenue and share in the Kingdom. The position is based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key accounts and deliver an annual revenue target.
• Win new business by identifying high-value prospects and converting them using Etihad's sales tools and data.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers so they call you first.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements that work for the customer and for Etihad's profitability.
• Track competitors and market shifts in KSA and turn those insights into sales plans with the Strategy & Planning team.
• Bring new products, routes and promotions to your accounts quickly and persuasively.
• Keep your pipeline and customer data accurate in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales or account management in aviation, travel or a related industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, with relationships across corporates, TMCs, agencies and government.
• Experience working across internal teams (pricing, marketing, revenue management) to land deals.

Required skills

• Airline industry knowledge (fares, distribution, GDS, corporate deals).
• Comfortable using sales data to build account plans and spot opportunities.
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce.
