Cluster Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Beside Group, a leading retail chain in the Middle East, is looking for a Cluster Store Manager to oversee multiple fashion stores. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and developing store teams across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and assess store employees, monitoring productivity and performance.
• Maintain an orderly and presentable store environment.
• Oversee stock management and daily store operations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product designs, trends, quality issues, and availability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure stores meet KPIs, SOPs, and financial targets, supporting revenue growth and sell‑through.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience managing retail stores.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a positive outlook.
• Awareness of fashion trends and ability to translate them into store performance.
