About the role

The Global Associate Principal is a senior leadership position responsible for driving large‑scale consulting engagements, advising C‑level executives and government stakeholders, and shaping the firm’s strategic direction across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑stream consulting projects.
• Act as a senior advisor to C‑level executives and government officials.
• Guide and mentor engagement teams to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Develop strategic solutions, transformation roadmaps, and business cases.
• Support global and regional business development and pursuit activities.
• Manage and grow key client accounts, fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Review and validate deliverables for strategic alignment and quality.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion.
• Contribute to firm‑wide strategy, capability building, and thought leadership.
• Ensure commercial performance and meet engagement targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12‑18+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Background in top‑tier consulting firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent preferred).
• Proven track record leading large‑scale transformation or advisory projects.
• Strong client management and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated business development and account growth experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Saudi nationality required.
