Construction Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Residential Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site activities for high‑end ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage construction activities for luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical or operational issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of experience managing high‑end ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality and strong time‑management skills.
