About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports senior leadership in the Riyadh Region. The Executive Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations by handling high‑level administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and maintaining organized records.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics for executives.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports.
- Handle correspondence and act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Facilitate efficient communication across departments and with clients.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive administrative assistance or executive support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
