Field Engineer (Arabic speaker)

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Field Engineer to join its International Services team. The role focuses on delivering on‑site technical support for mission‑critical IT and radio systems across the AMEA region, ensuring customers achieve optimal performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (web, mobile, middleware) to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide high‑quality technical and operational support for mission‑critical IT and radio systems, meeting service level and performance KPIs.
• Maintain system availability through incident and performance management processes.
• Work closely with Field Services Engineers and Technical Support Operations to adhere to SLAs.
• Manage resource calendars and ensure all Maintenance Agreement deliverables are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with the Local Service Delivery Manager on contract deliverables and tasking.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss service availability, performance, and address inquiries.
• Plan, execute, and document technical tasks according to established processes.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience supporting IT and radio communication systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently on field assignments.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage customer relationships.
