Filling Machine Operator – Production

About the role

Arla Foods KSA is seeking a Filling Machine Operator to join its production team in Riyadh. The role involves operating, monitoring and maintaining filling and packaging lines for dairy products, ensuring product quality, food safety and efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machines and production lines.
• Perform machine setup and product changeovers.
• Conduct quality and safety checks during production.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to GMP and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with quality, packaging and maintenance teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical/vocational qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production lines, preferably in food or dairy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Basic English communication skills.
