Finance Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Riyadh office and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Regional Headquarters. Reporting to the Head of Finance, EMEA and the Riyadh Director of Administration, you will be an integral member of the Middle East and wider EMEA finance team, providing financial oversight and advisory support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly VAT reports, ensure compliance with Saudi tax authorities, and manage VAT payments.
• Coordinate the preparation of IFRS‑format tax accounts, oversee statutory audits, and file final approved accounts with ZATCA.
• Handle Zakat and partnership tax payments, withholding tax returns, and related correspondence.
• Supervise external tax advisors on tax returns and transfer pricing documentation.
• Monitor the Riyadh general ledger, perform bank and control‑account reconciliations, and process reclassification journals.
• Assist the Riyadh Director of Operations with payroll processing and related calculations.
• Support regional tax projects and collaborate with the internal tax department.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Saudi tax regulations, VAT, Zakat, and withholding tax.
• Experience preparing IFRS financial statements and coordinating statutory audits.
• Proven ability to manage general‑ledger activities and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
