Finance Manager – Water, Juice & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial function of a medium‑sized company operating in the water, juice and beverage manufacturing sector. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting and analysis.
• Control manufacturing costs and implement cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Optimize working capital and manage cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA and VAT requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banks and trade‑finance partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience, with significant exposure to FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
• At least 3‑5 years of recent experience in the Saudi market.
• Fluent in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
