Finance SME – Data & Analytics Transformation Lead

About the role

Join the Data & Analytics practice in Riyadh as a Finance SME, supporting leading organisations across the Middle East to modernise their finance functions. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance and technology, driving AI‑enabled transformation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement finance strategies and target operating models, covering governance, processes and enabling technologies.
• Bridge finance stakeholders with data and technology teams to co‑develop AI‑enabled capabilities such as generative AI, machine learning and intelligent automation.
• Lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives within complex programmes, including finance performance management, accounting & closing innovation, and treasury transformation.
• Drive large‑scale finance transformation programmes, digital finance platforms and post‑merger integration activities.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, client presentations and building trusted relationships with senior finance leaders.

Required profile

• Several years of consulting or industry experience in finance transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record leading workstreams or sub‑projects in complex transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, management accounting and performance steering frameworks.
• Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership teams.
