Financial Controller – Group Financial Controlling Manager

About the role

The Financial Controlling Manager will lead the group’s financial controlling agenda, ensuring robust accounting policies, accurate reporting, and effective financial governance. This senior position supports finance operations optimization across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance accounting policies within the Group framework.
• Stay current with emerging accounting standards and implement related controls.
• Oversee financial close activities and produce timely financial reports.
• Own the trial balance and balance sheet accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Resolve intercompany balance mismatches.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial controlling leadership role.
• Experience in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar).
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• Strong critical‑thinking, strategy development, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Broad understanding of SAP systems for process automation and continuous improvement.
