About the role

The Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering an exceptional wellness experience to guests and residents at the new Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island, a luxury beachside destination featuring six restaurants, a full‑service spa, tennis courts, three outdoor pools, and dedicated adult and family beaches. The role ensures a safe, welcoming, and well‑organized fitness environment while overseeing daily operations of the fitness centre.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and welcoming fitness environment for all users.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the fitness centre.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, properly maintained, and readily available for guest use.
