GCCS-4 System Administrator (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Leidos is seeking a GCCS-4 System Administrator to support a U.S. Foreign Military Sales program for the Saudi Ministry of Defense. The role is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and involves daily C4I/GCCS system support, ensuring reliable communications for command and control operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integration and technical support for RSNF GCCS-4 systems.
• Coordinate with the Technical Support Center to implement system changes, manage data sets and hierarchy updates.
• Maintain network communications infrastructure, including SATCOM, tactical data links, and radio systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across C4I components such as GCCS, NAVMACS, HF/UHF/VHF radios, and CENTRIXS.
• Support data ingestion, system enhancements, and ensure alignment with performance metrics.
• Collaborate with multi-national teams to drive user adoption and system reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of experience without a degree.
• Proven experience supporting C4I systems and network communications.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi-national environment and maintain professional relationships.

Required skills

• GCCS-4 and C4I system administration
• Network communications, SATCOM, and Tactical Data Links (Link-11, Link-16, Link-22)
• CENTRIXS, NAVMACS, HF/UHF/VHF radios and antennas
• Experience with COTS equipment such as radars, GPS, AIS, EO cameras, GMDSS, Audio Processing Systems, Fiber Optic Transport Networks, CCTV, Video Display and Tele-conferencing systems
• System integration, technical support and troubleshooting
