General Manager – Ultra Luxury Hotel (Western Region, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead an ultra‑luxury hotel in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will act as the primary brand ambassador, delivering bespoke guest experiences that align with Saudi Vision 2030 and the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations while maintaining elite luxury standards.
• Manage VVIP guest relations, including royal delegations and personalized experiences.
• Drive financial performance, focusing on RevPAR, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
• Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams with a strong emphasis on Saudization.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and cultural standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury or ultra‑luxury hotel.
• Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury hospitality market and bespoke service culture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
