General Manager – Ultra Luxury Hotel (Western Region, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven General Manager to lead a premier ultra‑luxury hotel in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The role serves as the primary brand ambassador, delivering bespoke guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all hotel operations while maintaining elite luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage VVIP guest relations, royal delegations, and personalized guest experiences.
• Drive financial performance, including RevPAR, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams with a strong focus on Saudization.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and cultural standards within the Western Region.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a Luxury/Ultra‑Luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury hospitality market and bespoke service culture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
