Head of Commercial - Tires Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead the commercial function for Arabian Tires and Lana in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, the role reports to the Group COO and is responsible for shaping strategy, driving growth and managing the P&L across wholesale and corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial strategy in line with ATG 2.0, translating it into annual plans and budgets.
• Own the commercial P&L, overseeing volume, revenue, gross profit and contribution.
• Shape the product portfolio, pricing architecture and promotional programmes.
• Build and scale multiple sales channels, each with dedicated growth plans.
• Lead forecasting and planning in close collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Represent ATG in the market, cultivating long‑term relationships with key partners.
• Provide customer and competitor insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Design the commercial organisation, its processes and accountability framework.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team, managing hiring, performance and succession.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial or sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years at head‑of‑function level.
• Proven experience in the tire business or closely related automotive markets.
• Hands‑on ownership of assortment, pricing and multichannel revenue, including P&L, budget and working‑capital responsibility.
• Track record of leading teams of 25+ across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA market and established network.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom.
