Head of Projects – Food (Retail & F&B)

About the role

The Head of Projects will lead the planning, governance and execution of all strategic initiatives across the Food division of Cenomi Retail. Based in Riyadh with regular travel across the Kingdom, you will drive new store openings, remodels, relocations, digital innovations and operational transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project groups to deliver store rollouts, refurbishments, product launches and digital platform developments.
• Implement and manage project plans using RACI and RASCI methodologies, ensuring alignment of contractors, suppliers, property and leasing teams.
• Maintain strict governance, accountability and disciplined execution to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Monitor safety, commercial performance and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience in retail, hospitality, QSR or construction.
• Minimum 3 years leading large‑scale multi‑site project portfolios.
• Proven record of delivering store rollout, relocation and refurbishment programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
