Hospitality Manager – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for clients, tenants, and visitors across our serviced residential projects. The role oversees all hospitality services, front‑desk operations, VIP relations, and event coordination while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospitality operations across multiple projects.
• Manage reception teams, Customer Service and VIP Relations department, hospitality services, and housekeeping.
• Develop and implement hospitality standards, procedures, and customer‑service policies.
• Handle client and tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Coordinate events, meetings, VIP visits, and project opening ceremonies.
• Monitor cleanliness, appearance, and quality of facilities and common areas.
• Collaborate with maintenance, security, leasing, and property‑management teams.
• Supervise hospitality vendors and service providers.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse feedback, and create improvement plans.
• Manage budgets, purchasing activities, and inventory control.
• Train and motivate staff to ensure top‑level service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in hospitality, serviced residential operations, or the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer‑service mindset.
• Proven ability to handle VIP clients and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
