HR Manager (Pre-opening) – Dammam Airport Hotel

About the role

As the HR Manager for the pre‑opening phase of Hilton’s airport hotel in Dammam, you will shape the people strategy and build a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for establishing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and other activities to create a supportive culture.
• Manage HR data, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
• Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with corporate policies and local Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
• Strong integrity, leadership ability, teamwork orientation, and sense of ownership.
• Experience in managing HR functions within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pre‑opening setting and drive results.
